Due to the personal nature and handcrafted quality of our natural perfumes, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products. We encourage customers to purchase sample sizes where available. However, if your product arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
